LAS VEGAS — It's a great start to 2020 for one lucky gambler at the Excalibur Las Vegas casino.
An unemployed mother of four says she is suing Resorts World Casino in Queens, New York City, after a slot machine indicated she won $43 million ― but all she got was a steak dinner. “ I feel like they did me real dirty,” Katrina Bookman told the New York Daily News in a story published Wednesday.
A jackpot was hit for $5,482,229 on one of their Wheel of Fortune machines.
Scripps station KTNV in Las Vegas reported Wednesday they have reached out to the casino for more information and any details about the winner.
Congrats to a lucky slot player who won $5,482,229 on one of our Wheel of Fortune machines! That's what we call Slot Machine Royalty! 👑 🎰
